are a number of important tasks you
will need to complete before you
leave for Swinburne. To make sure
that you don’t forget anything,
we have prepared this pre-departure
checklist.

Have you:

Checked your Acceptance Letter to confirm details of your course and commencement? |
2. |
Completed the Online Arrival Services Booking form, including your Temporary Accommodation preferences, to Swinburne if you wish to use this service? |
3. |
Completed the Online Homestay Allocation Form to Swinburne if you wish to use the Homestay service? |
4. |
Ensured you are fully aware of your airport reception arrangements and who to contact if you get lost or miss your flight? |
5. |
Confirmed your travel arrangements with your travel agency/airline? |
6. |
Notified Swinburne International of ANY changes to your arrival details or accommodation details since you initially booked them? |
7. |
Ensured you have packed all necessary documents you may need for enrolment, including:
- Letter of Offer
- Letter of Acceptance
- Receipt for payment of deposit
- Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)
- Passport
- A photocopy of the photo page and the visa page of your passport and/or e-visa
- Current Health Cover card (if you are a current student in Australia)
- any documents to support conditions on your offer letter that you need to satisfy before enrolling in your course, for example original or certified copies of academic transcripts, syllabus or IELTS (English Language) test score?
