Foundation and Degree Transfer Programs

Swinburne's Foundation and Unilink (Degree Transfer) Programs are designed to prepare you for further study in Australia and provide guaranteed entry into selected Swinburne undergraduate programs. They are a cost-effective option, ideal if you have not yet achieved the requirements for direct entry to a Bachelor degree; wish to complete your year 11-12 studies in a University environment; or prefer the advantages of small class sizes, greater contact hours and more individual attention from your teachers.

Unilink (Degree Transfer Programs)

Our Unilink Degree Transfer programs in Business, IT and Design are equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor degree and prepare you for entry to second year. They only take two 14-week teaching periods to complete, making it possible to graduate sooner.

Swinburne Foundation Studies Programs

Swinburne Foundation Studies programs are equivalent to Australian year 12. Foundation takes two 14-week teaching periods to complete, allowing quick progression onto the next level of study. Business and IT students can articulate into the corresponding Unilink program, whereas Design, Multimedia and Science/Engineering students move directly into first year of their degree.
