IELTS/TOEFL results should be no more than two years old at the time of application to Swinburne University of Technology. |
If you are having your English Language results sent directly to Swinburne, please note that Swinburne University of Technology's TOEFL institution code is 0054 00. For IELTS, please nominate "Swinburne University of Technology" in Section 24 of the Application form.
You must complete English for Academic Purposes (Level 2) module with teacher's recommendation for the appropriate level of study.
You will not need to do the IELTS or TOEFL unless your student visa requires it. Further information regarding visa requirements and applications is available from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) web site.
If you have received a satisfactory performance of an Australian Year 12 or equivalent program, you may have met the TAFE and Undergraduate English language requirements. Each application will be assessed separately. Please contact Swinburne International for more information.
You must obtain a score of 'C' or better for A level English from one of Singapore, Hong Kong, Britain, Kenya or South Africa.
