arrowGET YOUR BODY IN SHAPE WITH SWINERGY'S FREE 34 MINUTE WORKOUT! It incorporates intervals of cardio and weight bearing exercises and, best of all, it's absolutely free! Classes will be conducted by Erika – one of Swinergy's Sport and Recreation Trainees – every Tuesday at 12.00pm, Swinergy Sports Centre, Hawthorn campus. Swinburne's Language and Academic Skills (LAS) advisory service is offering a new series of free workshops from Monday 11 August at the Hawthorn and Lilydale campuses. We also offer Lunchtime Conversation Groups at the Hawthorn, Lilydale and Prahran campuses.
