Re-Enrolling or Amending your Enrolment
The Re-Enrolment Process:
1. Higher Education students will receive a re-enrolment
package from their faculty at the end of October each
year. TAFE students will be re-enrolled in November/December
as advised by your department.
2. You will be required to select the subjects that
you will be studying for the coming year. Student visa
regulations specify that you must undertake the standard
full-time study load each semester.
3. Once you complete your re-enrolment, you will receive
a Swinburne confirmation of enrolment which will list
your enrolled subjects and your fee liability. Check
the statement carefully for mistakes.
4. Higher Education students will need to access Allocate+
to enter their timetable preferences. You will need
to check Allocate+ at a later stage for timetable confirmation.
TAFE students will need to pick up their timetable
from their department office on the first day of classes.
Amending Your Enrolment:
Amendment to your personal or contact details can
be completed through Swinlink
Amendment to enrolment includes:
- Course withdrawals
- Subject additions
- Subject withdrawals
- Leave of Absence applications
- Exemption applications.
All amendment to enrolments must be made on the appropriate
forms. Student visa holder should be aware of government
requirements prior to completing any enrolment amendments.
