Represent Swinburne at the Australian University Games!
It's not quite Beijing, but here's your opportunity to represent Swinburne at Australia's largest multi-sport event – the Australian University Games!
The games attract over 6,000 participants from over 40 universities each year, giving you the chance to compete against other university athletes from all over Australia. They include a range of 28 sports – from tennis to ten pin bowling, fencing to frisbee and more!
This year's event will be held in Melbourne from Sunday 28 September–Friday 3 October. Click here to register your interest!

Semester 2 events
It all kicks off on Monday 11 August for Welcome Back Week and winds up with a massive end of year ball on Friday 28 November. What's happening on your campus?
Let's get this club started!
Clubs are a great way to make new friends with common interests – register before Sunday 31 August and start your own! Find out more about SSAA Clubs and Societies.
Student Leadership Program – volunteer induction

International Student Advisers
Are you having trouble with your studies, feeling homesick or just need someone to talk to? Swinburne's International Student Advisers (ISA) are here to help.
You can come to us with any concerns about academic, study-related or social issues and we'll help you find out what the problem is and who you need to see.
To make an appointment, phone (03) 9214 6741 or contact an ISA at your campus. Please include your full name, student ID, phone number and the reason for your appointment.

OSHC – are you covered in an emergency?
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) covers you in an emergency for hospital treatment, ambulance assistance and some pharmaceutical items.
OSHC Worldcare is on campus every week to assist you with:
- Renewing your membership
- Submitting your medical expense claims
- Changing your existing membership to OSHC Worldcare
- Answering all your OSHC questions (e.g. What are my entitlements?)
Find out what times an OSHC representative is available on your campus.
